I would like to invite you to a teleconference that will be hosted by the International Law Section of the American Bar Association which will focus on Navigating China’s Employment Contracts and the New Insurance Law.

Mrs. Robin Gerofsky Kaptzan of Grandall Law firm and I are the a co-organizers of the event and will be among the members of the panel which will address these major issues that impact every enterprise which is doing business in China. Among the issues to be discussed:

•The New Social Insurance Law.
•Securing that Your Company Has Valid Non-Compete Provisions.
•Protecting your Company’s Intellectual Property Rights – Employee’s Innovation Claims.
•The Challenges of Keeping Your Staff – Employee Retention in China.
